true story. we were driving as a family from toronto, ontario (canada) to vancouver, british columbia (canada) - a drive that was going to take us nearly 2 weeks. we had rented a huge camper van and it was going to be great (i was heading back to boarding school in just a few weeks).
just a few nights in, my mom got pissed and called me ungrateful… i was dropped off at a train station with enough money to get to the nearest city, buy a plane ticket home, and wait for my grandparents to pick me up at the airport in toronto. i was 15 at the time.
i don’t think my mom has ever liked me.
just felt like sharing.
