making organic roast chicken dinner with veggies

the bird is out of the oven and resting and thomas will make quick work of the gravy.

i’ve been feeling like crap for the past few weeks … and i tend to slip into a bit of a depression as i approach my birthday (not because i care about age, but it seems to be the time of year for sad/depressed thoughts).
anywho … a day of laziness, cleaning and a bit of shopping will be good for me.
